New year, new auctioneer!
With the arrival of the new year, we're very excited to introduce our new auctioneer: Tim Solly.
Tim is a man of many talents - here are some of the highlights:
He's been a performer and artist for more than 20 years, including stints with Bell Shakespeare, Belvoir, State Theatre SA, and Black Swan State Theatre. This is where he honed his ability to captivate audiences and command attention.
He's been calling AFL games with Triple M for the past four seasons, which has amplified his skill in engaging diverse audiences and sharpened his ability to analyze and navigate fast-paced environments.
He's worked as a property sales agent and auctioneer with Nelson Alexander, where he won the in-house auction competition in 2022, and then came runner-up in the REIV's Novice Auctioneer competition in 2023. This is where he learned the pressures and challenges agents face, and how to navigate the complex world of property sales.
Tim is driven by his passion for the craft of auctioneering, and relishes the role auctioneers play in bringing people together during pivotal moments. His love for auction translates to a commitment to continuous improvement, constantly evolving both his own processes and those of his clients to ensure industry-leading service and results.
